Yes. Drupal 7 reached end-of-life on January 5, 2025. Core security patches are no longer issued by the Drupal Security Team. If you are still on Drupal 7, the right next step is a Discovery call to assess your migration window — running an unsupported version is a documented compliance and insurance risk for most organizations.

Drupal 7 (extended support), Drupal 8 (note: Drupal 8 also reached EOL in November 2021 — we recommend migration), Drupal 9, Drupal 10, and Drupal 11. Most of our active maintenance clients are on Drupal 10. We also maintain Drupal-based decoupled and headless stacks (Drupal + React/Next.js, Drupal + GraphQL/JSON:API). Three published monthly plans: Bronze $149/mo, Silver $399/mo, Gold $999/mo. Annual payment saves 10% on Silver and 15% on Gold. Free setup included on Silver and Gold — that is a one-time onboarding worth around $750-$2,000 covering site audit, monitoring tool configuration, security baseline, backup setup, performance baseline, and accessibility scan. Bronze has a standard $149 setup fee. Custom enterprise scopes (multi-site Drupal estates, headless Drupal stacks, government/healthcare compliance work) are quoted after Discovery.

Bronze: email support with a 48-hour SLA. Silver: email and chat with a 24-hour SLA. Gold: phone and priority support with a 6-hour SLA. The SLA is measured from when you open a ticket to when our team starts work. For Gold-tier enterprise clients with truly mission-critical sites, we offer custom incident-response SLAs as part of the engagement contract.

Yes. Gold-tier maintenance includes monthly accessibility audits against WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 standards, with remediation work in scope. This matters for government, education, and healthcare Drupal sites where accessibility is a compliance requirement, not a nice-to-have. We can also build custom accessibility reporting cadences for clients with formal compliance review cycles.

Yes. Drupal multi-site (single codebase, multiple sites) and Drupal Site Factory installations are both within Gold-tier scope. Pricing depends on the number of sites and shared module surface — typically quoted after a Discovery audit of the existing setup. Most of our enterprise Drupal clients run between 3 and 50+ sites on a shared codebase.

We offer one-time engagements separately — a Drupal Discovery audit ($2,000-$5,000 depending on site complexity, multi-site scope, and Drupal version) that delivers a written report with findings, prioritized fixes, security advisories outstanding, performance baselines, and effort estimates. We do not require an ongoing maintenance contract for this work. If you move to a monthly plan after the audit, the audit fee is credited against the first three months of Silver or Gold.

Monthly plans: cancel any time with 30 days notice — we keep monitoring active during the notice period and hand over all backups, monitoring credentials, and documentation at end of term. Annual plans: 60 days notice and the unused portion is refunded prorated. No long-term lock-in, no exit fees.
