About DFS: It is a renowned European merchant of household accessories and industrial tools. DFS provides handpicked and frequently consumed household accessories and industrial tools and sells them to suppliers and direct customers at a discounted rate. From bedding & towels, cutting tools, and hose accessories to kitchenware, DFS distributes a wide range of merchant ship products across the globe.

Our Approach

Sneak pick into how AddWeb Solution helped DFS

Although the client had some idea of what he needed, he needed more clarity of how it would work in terms of an eCommerce site & made up with the offline search. And that was the main challenge for the AddWeb Solution team. It was tedious to pick up the context from the client's idea and ideate the solution.

After long discussions with the client and multiple brainstorming sessions, we managed and finalized the approach to kick-start the project. We decided to move ahead with the Agile approach and broke the overall project into two parts: front-end implementation and minor backend development.


To help the client leverage the advanced technology, the AddWeb Solution team suggested going ahead with headless commerce development using Vue Storefront 2 and Magento (Version) for the eCommerce backend. The team for the project aligned, including UI/UX experts, VueStorefront2 developers, QA professionals, and Magento resources, to manage the overall front-end and backend activities.
