We implemented a series of enhancements to their digital platform to address VitaCare’s challenges and deliver a solution tailored to their needs. Starting with the Contact Us page, we added essential functionalities such as text fields, text areas, and email fields, ensuring seamless user communication. We also configured Drupal fields on the Contact Us page and created a support model component with error messaging capabilities for better user assistance.

Our team meticulously fixed code-related issues across multiple files provided by the client, improving platform stability and efficiency. Code indentation was performed to enhance readability and maintainability. Additionally, we integrated Salesforce CRM with Drupal to centralize patient and user data, streamlining operations and enabling more effective data management. CI/CD pipeline tasks were executed to ensure a smoother and more automated deployment process.

The enhanced platform now provides several valuable features. Patients can access their medical reports, diet plans, and exercise routines directly from the platform. They can schedule calls with their physicians, book hospital appointments, and participate in various healthcare and wellness programs. To further enhance the platform’s capabilities, we integrated third-party APIs, including Auth API, GraphQL API, JSON API, and Cloudflare API.
