BlueclubSelect, a growing retail brand, needed a robust ERP solution to digitise and centralize its day-to-day operations. The founders aimed to move away from scattered offline systems—like Excel sheets and BC Insight—and streamline essential functions like HRMS, stock management, and resource tracking.
The goal was to build a unified, web-based platform that allows seamless control over multiple modules, including employee attendance, task assignments, payroll, performance tracking (KRA/KPI), and expense management. The system also needed to support goal setting, document handling, and future integration with accounting, CRM, and warehouse management.
Our approach involved creating fresh Figma mockups, seamless Webflow implementation, and comprehensive performance enhancements—right from layout styling to SEO best practices—all aimed at boosting mobile scores and usability.

To support BlueclubSelect’s vision of digitizing their entire offline operations, we began by planning a scalable ERP system that consolidates employee management, daily workflows, and goal tracking into one centralized dashboard. Our first step was an in-depth requirement gathering and UI/UX strategy session, using Figma to align the design with the client’s operational priorities.
Our focus was to build a clean, intuitive interface that simplifies access to critical business modules like employee profiles, task assignments, and expense tracking. Since it operates across nine retail stores, consistency and clarity were key—our design ensures managers and staff at every location interact with the same streamlined system.
We used Laravel Backpack for rapid admin dashboard development and ensured modular integration to future-proof the platform. Every module—from daily rituals to KRA/KPI management—was designed to empower HR and operations teams with actionable insights and real-time updates.
The result is a responsive, role-based ERP system that eliminates dependence on scattered tools like spreadsheets and third-party apps, setting the stage for efficient, connected retail management.
