The main issue when the client contacted us regarding the necessity to create an online presence for the brand was obvious: to create a professional, fully functioning real estate site within 3 weeks without the opportunity to spend a lot of time on designing mockups and planning the project.
We have used a development-first and agile approach in which we were focused on functionality and user experience, and were flexible enough to get client input. Instead of taking weeks to create Figma designs, we used the already successful WP Pro Real Estate 7 theme as a base and modified it heavily to fit the client and his vision and brand needs.
