The Business Needs
Understanding the Needs of JKYog & Associated Websites
JKYog, a leading spiritual and devotional organization, manages multiple websites, including My Daily Sadhana, Radha Krishna Temple, and JKYog.org, to reach global devotees and deliver spiritual content. However, they faced ongoing technical challenges that impacted website performance, user experience, and content accessibility.
Key issues included outdated server infrastructure, multiple login conflicts, IFrame display issues, broken redirects, and payment gateway malfunctions on donation and subscription pages. These technical roadblocks hindered smooth navigation for users, disrupted payment flows, and affected content delivery, such as e-newsletters and online radio streaming.
The goal was to stabilize and enhance the websites, ensuring seamless accessibility, secure payment processing, and a consistent digital experience for devotees worldwide. Our focus was on performing ad-hoc Drupal maintenance tasks, AWS migration, payment gateway implementation (Stripe), resolving login and dashboard issues, fixing IFrame visibility, and setting up reverse proxy mapping to keep the websites robust, secure, and user-friendly.
About Our Client: JKYog is a renowned spiritual organization promoting holistic living through yoga, meditation, devotion, and community service. Their digital ecosystem, including My Daily Sadhana, Radha Krishna Temple, and JKYog.org, serves as a platform for devotees worldwide to access spiritual teachings, participate in events, donate, and connect with like-minded seekers.
Our Approach
Enhancing JKYog’s digital ecosystem for a seamless spiritual experience
To support JKYog and its associated platforms in delivering a smooth and uninterrupted online devotional experience, we focused on optimizing and maintaining their existing Drupal-based websites rather than initiating a full rebuild. The goal was clear: resolve technical bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance performance across multiple sites to serve their global audience better.
Our team tackled a series of critical ad-hoc tasks, including migrating the JKYog website from SiteGround to AWS for improved reliability and scalability. We resolved iframe issues on the Radha Krishna Temple site, addressed dashboard role inconsistencies within the admin panel, and fixed dual login problems to simplify user access. Additionally, we implemented page redirections, configured reverse proxy mapping for JKYog Radio, and optimized metadata for better SEO.
Payment reliability was a top priority, so we fixed Razorpay issues on the Daily Sadhana website and integrated Stripe for a smoother donation and subscription experience. We also handled PRD deployment issues, configured robots.txt disallow rules, and implemented UI changes such as hiding headers and footers in iFrames to ensure a distraction-free experience.
With these targeted improvements, JKYog’s online platforms now deliver a more consistent, secure, and user-friendly experience, from accessing devotional content to making seamless contributions. Our ongoing Drupal maintenance services keep their websites up-to-date and fully functional, allowing JKYog and its team to focus on their spiritual mission while we manage the technical health of their digital ecosystem.

Integrated and fine-tuned Stripe on the Daily Sadhana website, resolving Razorpay issues and ensuring a seamless, secure checkout process. - Bug Fixes & Functional Enhancements
Fixed IFrame issues and enabled header/footer visibility control, resolved the E-Newsletter 2023 loading problem, addressed dashboard role and dual login issues on JKYog.org, set up proper page redirections (including the JKYog Yuva page), implemented robots.txt disallow rules where required, and deployed PRD updates efficiently to maintain overall site stability. - SEO & Content Improvements
Added missing meta tags and updated templates to H1 tags from the backend for better search engine visibility and improved on-page SEO. - Performance & Reliability
