Upon deeper analysis, we realized that the existing website’s user experience needs refinements as it limits customer engagement and conversions. We proposed a complete redesign and redevelopment on WordPress and WooCommerce to create a scalable, high-performing eCommerce platform aligned with the client’s business goals.
Collaboration was key in our approach. We communicated closely with the client to understand their expectations and requirements. We established a structured team, conducted internal meetings, and developed a sprint-based execution plan to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery. Once all foundational elements were in place, we developed and deployed the new website.
The Solution
Here is how we were transforming Shree Radhey’s digital presence.
Our team started with the custom website design in Figma, ensuring a visually engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly experience explicitly tailored to Shree Radhey’s organic product business. The goal was to create a seamless shopping experience that resonated with their brand ethos while ensuring high performance and scalability.
We chose Development for WordPress and WooCommerce to enable a flexible and feature-rich eCommerce platform. WooCommerce provided a robust foundation for handling product listings, shopping cart functionalities, and checkout processes, ensuring an effortless buying experience for customers. We deployed it on the first composer-based Managed hosting for WordPress to further enhance the website’s performance, optimizing speed, security, and overall reliability.
Our work involved Figma design and Development for WordPress and WooCommerce tasks to enhance usability, engagement, and conversion rates. The website structure and layout were carefully crafted, including a strategically designed header featuring a top bar, search bar, and mega menu with all product categories for easy navigation. The homepage was optimized with a hero slider showcasing featured products, a USP block highlighting key benefits, category displays, special offers, best-selling products, and an integrated blog section to engage users beyond shopping.
The shop and product pages were designed to ensure a seamless purchasing journey. Each product had a detailed product detail page, and customers could add items to their wishlist, view their cart, proceed to checkout, and access a dedicated thank-you page after completing their purchase. To further enrich the shopping experience, we introduced similar product recommendations and a structured product categorization system, helping users quickly find relevant products.
To support customer engagement and community-building, we integrated a testimonial section, an Instagram feed, and an informative blog segment titled ‘Beyond Products’ that provided educational content about organic farming and healthy living. Additionally, we developed essential static pages, including Contact Us, About Us, Registration & Login, Profile Management, and a search page, ensuring a complete and professional website structure.
Understanding the need for global reach, we also implemented multi-currency support, allowing international customers to shop conveniently. Furthermore, we ensured the entire website was fully responsive, offering a seamless browsing and shopping experience across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Beyond the core functionalities, we provided additional pages per the client’s requirements, ensuring a customized, scalable, and future-proof solution. The result was a visually appealing, high-performing, and user-centric eCommerce website that resolved its initial website issues and positioned Shree Radhey for long-term growth in the organic farming industry.
